New Years resolution

Every time a new year kick starts, our lost hope of a goal that was not achieved comes to our mind first. But before that the first question that needs to be answered is whether you believe in having a new resolution or not? The moment, the answer is NO! You have lost half the battle for all those who have already given up even before trying.

Even for those who still have some ray of hope then you should get started without any second thought.
What's your new year resolution?

Because it's YOU who can bring the change that you want to see. I would suggest you to start with smaller goals. Forget about the past, what could not be achieved? You have today & tomorrow in your hand so bring about the change.

Here are few goals that you can choose -

Resolution#1 - Better version of yourself
1. Be Better than last year - The first focus should be on yourself because if you are doing well mentally & physically - you can give the best to the world. So, take out time from your busy schedule in order to be fitter and better. Indulge yourself with some activities like yoga, exercise or jogging. Also the most important factor being your good health so have proper, healthy meal. So, make a promise to yourself to treat yourself well towards a healthier life.
Set your personal and professional goals separately so you know how you need to improve yourself wherever you were lagging to become a better version of yourself.

2. Focus on what makes you happy - Take up on an adventure, go for solo/group trips with family/friends. Try to create memories as these would last lifetime. This would help you find who you truly are! And don't forget like I say, 'When you dies with good memories.'

3. Spend time with Family and Friends - We don't know what tomorrow will bring forth us. So, try to make time for your near and dear ones. There is no use of lots of money if you don't have family besides you when you are unwell nor there's any point if you don't have friends to have fun with. So, live in the moment and realize the value of spending time with family and friends at the right time.

4.  Charity for the society - Pay back time! You should give something back to the society whether it be your service, time or money. We should  always thank God for where we are as there are many others who don't have a roof to protect themselves nor proper food to fill their stomach neither do they have someone who loves, cares or protects them. So why not do a bit of our share & give back some love, some care to the world. Such that our world becomes a better place to live for not only humans but also animals.

DREAM IT. WISH IT. DO IT. You'll feel better once you start gaining your short term goals & once you are confident start aiming for the long terms goals because for those who believe in themselves, "Sky is the limit!
